hmm. after reading chant's last two entries, i all of a sudden feel like i should be writing about things that matter more than paintballing or breaking up with justin...and now i feel bad...becuz i'm marginally frustrated with my life but not anywhere close to what she is

well, one must consider that moss dosen't quite have the complex brain etc. that we have (or any brain at all). Moss dosen't fall in love, moss dosen't have parents, moss dosen't learn about other mosses (is that the plural of moss ?) or expand its knowldge about other plants, and it certaintly dosen't consciensly know anything about organisims that arn't plants. In short: moss misses out on alot. Maybe its not really about surviving, we all have it in us to do that - maybe its about how we do it. I mean, what we do besides survive. moss dosen't do anything BUT survive. And while being in love is nice and all, you don't see any mosses bearing heart-shaped candies to give to their sweethearts.
and plus, if life is indeed futile, you should live it as you want to, and work towards what you want - its your life after all, no matter if its futile or if you're the second comming. ^^ <3
