today was our last fieldtrip day before rec ends for this summer. we took the kids to Quassy Amusement Park on the west side of Connecticut. it's a park geered toward young children...pretty much carnival rides and a small water park/beach. the kids seemed to like it, so i guess all turned out considerably well ( Read more... )

i haven't been able to sleep very well for the past week. i get real ancy when i lay down and i get an awful feeling in my left foot and toes. they pulse and the feeling just makes me want to chop my toes off. i have to get up once in a while and walk around to change the setting for my body and hopefully it will calm down. i punch my foot and slam ( Read more... )
