Yay! This fic is my drug and the fault is all yours xD
As I was reading, I had this feeling, you know, like Kame is never close to anyone, like he always tries to keep distance from people, acting cold towards everyone, if you know what I mean with 'cold', as if he is not really happy, just goes on with the life he has, and doesnt expect a thing. And then Koki said what I had on mind, that Kame cut all the connections with everything related (and not related) with the time he spent with Jin. And years later, he still tries not to make connections with anybody. Because, at the end, the only friend he has is Yuya, and he´s not even his closest friend or at least doesnt act like one. And neither has he friends among his team mates. Seeing Kazuya the first thing that comes to my mind is 'lonely'. Same as when I think of Jin, but Jin tries to fake it xD
But thats just my point of view xD

I was hoping for a soon eye contact between them, and now Im dying for the next chap ^^

I am glad you're feeling like that, since, in a away it is just so very true. Kame hasn't changed much, actually, his relationships are all quite superficial and he's rather lonely. He's good friends with Yuya, though and probably Yuya knows him quite well, but still, Kazuya wouldn't open up to him completely.

Jin is just as lonely, but Jin has always been alone on top of that, so, having the friendships he built over the past years, is already a huge step for him.

They both need a real relationship, someone to rely on and to trust in.
But if you never really learned how to, it's going to be hard to built that... They'll struggle a lot to get there where I want them to get to v.v
