they hurt, and they have for the past several days. The Relaphen I take every day normally for the lupus/fibromyalgia doesn't seem to be making a dent in it. Supplementing those with Advil helps a little, but not much. Last night though, it seemed to be my feet more than the knees that were stiffening up.
