You should totally ask them... No... Demand from them a raise... Throw your resume out there... Get some offers... And then toss it on their desk...

"This company is offering me this... And this company is offering me that... I need to know what you're willing to offer me to stay because, frankly, things need to get better for me be it here or somewhere else..."

I've seen you stomp peoples dick into the ground that have pissed you off less than this job has... They need to understand that you mean business...
