I'm for killing the very nasty serious sadistic serial killers, but I don't have enough faith in any legal system to allow death punishment for all people that have been convicted of murder. Some may be innocent and then we'd be making a terrible mistake. Still in the case of an obviously dangerous serial killer

You're point on killing possible innocent people is valid. It's a scary reality.

Also, I ABSOLUTELY agree with with you on the statutory rape thing. I can't even add to it since you said most of what I feel.
