Who would believe it? No one is invincible, but some people seem like nothing can bring them down.

But RIP Steve Irwin. Can't say I really watched his crocodile show, but it seems to have become part of our culture. Rather depressing to know that it's suddenly over. :(

No one will ever handle dangerous reptiles in quite the same way.

Yeah, I've gotta couple of people on my flist that've posted about this. He was only 44. It's sad.

Bah, I was all excited that I'd be the first one to post it. Way to beat me by 20 minutes.

This is really saddening though. He was a great guy. :(

i think it's safe to say that there will never be another steve irwin. he croc-wrestled his way into our hearts, and his khaki shorts and crazy accent will be missed.

all kidding aside, at least he died doing what he loved. we should all be so lucky.
