They spend long hours that night, talking the whole matter over and figuring out what they'll need. Who they'll need to talk to, to get it.

And Amber calls Eiko, the next morning.

The call takes a bit longer than usually to go through. Eventually, though, she picks up.

"Prince Institute, Dr. Takashima's office."

"Eiko." The relief isn't too obvious (she has a reputation to maintain, after all) but it's still there. "It's Amber. Do you have time for a quick -- I don't want to say favour, but... I need some advice, and supplies."

[gadgetqueen]

"Hello, Amber. I can make the time. Your house, or somewhere else?"

[greenasamber]

"My house is just fine." And more private than over the phone. "I can have tea on, in a minute."
