naaatuhhhleee! =) I MISS YOU!

oh and the running thing! No worries, it takes you a while to actually see results. It depends on the person, but it usually takes a month maybe alittle less to actually start losing weight. Thats how I was sophomore year....it was finally a month after I started that I was losing weight. And the gained weight is probably sexy muscle ;)

but yeah. PARTAYYY!

Heyyyyyyy justine!!!! i miss you too! Thanks for the tip. I'm going to try to keep it up but it's cold today and my Aunt Flow came to visit, if you know what i mean.

ifd you've been runnign and lifting weights you are probably gaining muscle! you should measure yourself instead of weigh yourself to track your progress
