Was supposed to be seeing that same exhibition today but events conspired against me. Oh well.

Good review of the responce to the work. I am never too keen on the work of Rachael Whiteread, I just do not get it. I am also of the view the turbine hall has been a hit and miss experience, the weather project being the highlight for me so far.
Howls Moving castle was nice but was really a childrens film but it was a childrens book and drag a bit in places, did not enjoy it as much as some of his older films as I liked the japanese settings which gave them another level of other worldlyness this one lacked. Hopefully though it will get people re-reading Diane Wynne Jones and off the blasted Harry Potter books.
