I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 5lbs in two weeks now.

If I manage to loose 7lbs by next Sunday I'll be very lucky but I'm going to have to stick to the diet and giving up beer is going to be hard, gin and diet tonic just isn't the same.

I had a good night at L'Artista in Watford, a loud italian restaurant in Watford with quite a buzz to it.

We met up with Steve and Miche Campbell and their 3 week old son, Callum Frodo Campbell.

I'm such a fan of John Irving and I haven't read this book yet. I've just watched the film again though, on DVD this time. It's such an emotional, intelligent story. Michael Caine is such a believable character you forget about the actor and the script and just believe he is a doctor in charge of an Orphanage in Maine ( Read more... )
