Oh, do I understand the frustrations! *hugs* I'm sorry.
What kind of diet are you eating? I'm strongly of the opinion that *what* you're eating is as important as how much, and not everyone responds the same to any particular style of eating.
Oh, and the other thing that just popped into my head. Make sure you're eating enough if you're working out that much. You actually do need to eat more calories if you're doing a lot of physical activity. I've found The Daily Plate at Livestrong.com to be a very helpful tool. It helped me lose 22 pounds before I had surgery.
I admire your persistence! I don't think I've ever been able to do things as long as you have (6 days a week for 10 weeks!).
You are certainly more fit and healthy than you were 10 weeks ago--able to do more for longer and recover faster. So if your goal is to be more healthy, you are on track.
Unfortunately, being healthy isn't always the same as losing weight.
As far as encouragement--irrespective of weight changes--how do you feel in your body? I think you must feel a bit more limber, powerful and healthy. So I think you should keep that in mind as you tally up the benefits.

Check your salt/potassium intake
Are you retaining fluids?
How often are you eating?
Are you getting enough sleep?
What sort of aerobic are you doing?
Long distance slow or sprint?
