We had just got done at Target, and were getting ready to drive back to the apartment, when he looks over and spots a Petsmart. He's amazing... not only is he allergic to cats, but he's a dog person, kind of hates cats. We decided that once we get a house we'll get a couple dogs for him.

The pet deposit right now is $400. Almost one months rent, ugh

Lol, if you're worried about your financial situation, this is a bit out of your price range. The pet deposit at the apartment is $400. We looked at other apartments and we found a place we really like, but we have to call to see how much it is to have pets. We're thinking of getting a cat after we get back from the wedding and just not telling the management here, then paying the deposit on a new place lol.

Go with a cat. Really- we've both had cats and dogs, and I'm beginning to realize just how much I prefer cats!

I like both; but Ken is much more a dog person. We compromised by saying that if I get a cat in the near future, he gets a few dogs when we get a house.
