Hooray for finding a place you love! Sounds awesome. I did a program out in arizona a couple of years ago, and you really can't describe the beauty of the desert with words. It's not for everyone, but it's pretty sweet.
I totally want to go to israel, but I think it'll be sometime before I'm able to. I've had a few friends go and say they loved it.

If you stay I would be really sad... but on the other hand, I understand because when my dad had a place out in AZ and i went to stay a couple of times, really it is just so different that it's amazing. And I bet the Mexican and guac is amazing. I'm jealous, you know how I love my avocados.
I think that getting sponsored for vet school is such a great opportunity Sam I'm amazed you found something like that!
