I wanted her to dance, and was sad that she did not. I was a bit disappointed in her as a host, I just wanted more.

Aww, she danced a little bit (with the tambourine). I suspect that if she had done the usual dance, however, people would have been even more critical of her hosting, in that this year's Oscars were decidedly low-key and informal. I thought her monologue was funny and that she did a pretty good job on the whole, but her wardrobe was not particularly appropriate.
