so, great news...

I got the RA possition, so I have the dorms for another year, and theyre free and theyre paying me $600 a semester for it.

More: I found a sublet for the summer in a 1bdr app next to the courthouses in downtown for only $600 with a lady that will only sleep over there 2x/week...

YAY!! Everything came together quite nicely
