In that case, I hate you. :-p I somehow still have two tests and a 15-20 page paper left. And yeah, you're right about Martha being tired of Rose, even though Rose couldn't help what the Doctor chose to whine about while she was gone. And your Rose apparently understands, which is nice and, I feel, in character.

Martha had to listen to the Doctor moan about Rose for a whole year. She's not in the mood to prospectively have to hear more Rose!moaning.

Just found this and want to say I'm really loving it. Your alternate version of Jimmy is great. I hope Martha calms down a bit about her jealousy, though.

I see in one of the other comments that you go to UMBC; I went to UMCP back in the day. Go Terps! And good luck with finals (I'm a univ prof now and have to *grade* the darned things!)

I read this right after reading Rainy Day Woman all the way through and I thought they were both fantastic. Rainy Day Woman is probably the best reunion fic I've read - your Rose isn't just moping for years and years like she does in some stories.

I like your Jimmy a lot.

I know this is cliched, but . . . please write more soon?
