Aw poor Topper being emasculated by Savy. Lol. But he took a hit for her later. But go Savy. She's tough.

Hatter however has really told Alice how it is. And she is not happy about it. I'm sure she'll tell him all about how she feels about that when they're safe again. Lol.

lol you mean Alice will tell Hatter how it /really/ is later. lol! But chea Savy's a tough kid. And Hatter needed to take a stand because Alice just doesn't have the capability to think clearly at this point.

lol Poor Hatter, I pity him when Alice gets a hold of him again after this is all over. He wanted to get engaged, that's not the way to convince her.

Laying down the law is so much more effective when you wait for the perfect opportunity to do so. Though I'm surprised Hatter didn't point out that Virginia would need protecting and going after Topper and Savy would need Wolf's nose.

I don't think he really wanted to try to reason with her. I think he just wanted her to listen for once, and to be able to keep her safe. He's a silly romantic lol
