Daily Routine: Dean's routines are just a little different since that creek near Lamar.
Cowboy: Drabble, adult material. Dean/OFC.
The Willow Tree: A few missing toes won't stop Dean from selling his soul at Cold Oak--or from taking on a job a few weeks after.

No Place to Grow Old: In this AU of Season 1, Sam is harboring another secret when Dean picks him up at Stanford. Action, adventure and chronic illness, for spn_gen_bigbang, which has so much awesome Sam-torture it's unbelievable.
Ladys Bedstraw: A tonsillectomy has Dean recovering alone and voiceless in a motel room, while Sam pursues a case that can't wait. Luckily, they have instant messenger and text messages, so we can read all about the case--in the Winchesters' own words!
Crackle: Dean is thrown through thin ice, Sam is a BAMF. Slightly late entry into HoodieTime Tags Challenge.
Do I Not Bleed: A couple people on an OhSam meme asked for a fic in which Soulless!Sam gets sick. How exactly does Dean take care of someone who can't sleep and doesn't feel emotions? Especially when he'd rather kick the guy's ass?
The Haunted Contractor: The Winchesters investigate a possible poltergeist and turn up a much larger problem. Meanwhile, Sam's latest arm injury hurts a bit more than he expected. Outrageously late fill for an OhSam comment-fic meme.
More Than One Iron: A Stanford-era fic, telling how Dean broke his leg and why he finally did earn his GED. Featuring Dean, John, Pastor Jim, and Sam's shadow. Includes compound fractures, absent brothers, and assorted family angst, but I promise, it's a happy story, in which I celebrate Dean's awesomeness.
Reconstructed: A series of mysterious accidents at a construction site leads Our Heros to go undercover as carpenters. Unfortunately for them, there's also a nasty cold virus going around the site. Sick!Sam case fic, for brigidmn's birthday!
Motion Sickness: Written for a comment-fic meme at ohsam. Just a taste of what peacetime might be like for our heroes. 500 words, kinda angsty.
The Line: In answer to the prompt "Field Transfusion" by at the 4th Hoodie Time H/C Comment fic meme! 1,200 words, Dean whump.
The Eleventh Marker: Written in response to the following prompt by phreakycat at the Sam-focused H/C challenge: Sam cracks his pelvis somewhere remote. Dean must build a travois and pull Sam to help.

The Many Uses of Foam: Posted to the third ohsam comment-fic meme in answer to Roque's awesome prompt about Sam's knees.
Not Like Dad: Tag to episode 1.07, written for summer_sam_love. Sam is nothing like his father.
Just Another Morning: Fairly pointless abuse of Sam. (We always hurt the ones we love!)
Dental Floss. Posted for Sam's birthday commentfic meme at the ohsam community, in response to the following prompt: Like we all know, Sam gets his arms sliced up pretty bad by the ghouls in 4.19. BUT for some reason, the stitches Dean put in keep dissolving and the boys don't know why. Dean is afraid that Sam is pulling the stitches out himself and Sam won't contradict him because he thinks that maybe the demon blood running through him is eating the stitches away. Either way, Sam's not healing, just getting worst. All ends shmoopily after h/c hi-jinks ensue.
Starch and Flannel: Whatever the demon had done, the man had still been Sam's closest friend for over a year. Tag to 5.20, in honor of Sam's 27th birthday.
Of Snow and Seatbelts: Posted for the second Dean-focused H/C meme over at hoodie_time in answer to the prompt: Dean shot by a human in the woods, Sam needs to get them out before he bleeds to death.
Good Enough: After Phantom Traveller (1.04), it all gets to be a bit much for Sam. Luckily, Dean is awesome.
Tioga Road: You can't put honey back in the comb, and you can't turn a soldier back into a child. Case-fic, 1997. Written for the Pictures2words community, and also beta'd by the remarkably skilled and insightfulblubird_pie

The Pummeling Pom-Pom: A fairly silly Christmas-themed casefic. It's entirely the fault of insane-songbird.
