I love how all these surveys are so clearly written by (and for) fifteen year old girls "OMG have you ever kissed a boy?" - haha!
I have wanted to comment on some of your Tumblr stuff in the past but couldn't figure out how! I think I reblogged something the other day with a reply - is that how you do it? Tumblr makes me feel so old...
It depends on whether the post originated from me or not. If it's a reblog, the only real way to comment on it is to reblog it and leave a caption on the post. If I was the original poster, you can usually leave a comment; I have replies enabled.
I have a plug-in for Tumblr called Missing-E that allows me to reply to comments on my posts in a new post. Tumblr is not exactly the best format for back-and-forth exchange, especially in regards to specific posts. You can also ask questions (which can be published and replied to publicly) or you can send fanmail which is private and can only be answered privately.
I think Tumblr is designed more for the sharing of images & media rather than actual discussion.
Sometimes I don't know why I bother with those surveys other than the fact that, if I'm being honest, I'm just wasting time.
My friends and I totally did the notebooks thing, too! That was so much fun... and our thing similarly ended with drama, as I recall. Is that a typical girl thing? Haha. Despite the drama, I kinda wish I still participated in regular collaborative (hand-)writing like that.
LOL at your answers towards the end. I guess this survey was designed for people with exciting dating lives...
