Great reflection! I really enjoyed how you described Prufrocks desire to progress but how his fear of failing inhibits him from doing so. Fear of failure is one of the hardest things to overcome.

I like you comment on the theme. "when a mother isn’t happy no one is." It is also true in real life. If my mother is happy, everyone is happy.

I think that his wish to be proper over rode his desire to be spontaneous and make that leap. His "Love Story" was more like a love story that he missed.
