Once again I'm not good to go to the shore this full moon. Had a very painful night and spent the day recovering. So once again I tried to being moonfest to me. You'll remember last month I tried a Zumba video. Actually that was a bit depressing

the Pilot phoned me today. he's been having MOHES surgery recently, and a few months ago he had carotid surgery [successfully. at least now he has one side pumping blood to his brain!]
the correllation?

he's just found out the familial allergy to medications. he's now left with, basically, meditation.
