You should call the Berks again - they always take forever. And not all of their leasing employees are in the office every day of the week. And they'll transfer you to people that aren't in the office that day, just so they don't have to talk to you.

That may not have made sense. I'm tired. Call them again though. It'll be annoying, but... better than waiting.
