so notifymd had an ad in the paper saying they were looking for supervisors.  so i put a note on lisa's account saying i'd like to be considered for the position....(i think i'm quite qualified...i've only worked there for about 4 years).  and what do i get in return? nothing. of course. not even a comment saying why i shouldn't be considered.  ( Read more... )

wicked idea that would nicely prove a point...set up an email address at like, mail.com with a really generic name and no user info or anything...list all your "relevant job experience" but use only title and job description...no company names, don't give your name or info. just simply state that you are interested in the position and if your qualifications match their requirements, to email you for contact info (maybe say you're a bit sketched out by sending personal info online cos of identity theft and dishonest corporations *irony!* or some shit, and want to make sure everything's legit). save ANY reply you get, esp. if it's total bullshit, and take it to corporate if they still refuse you consideration after you make the point that you're quite competant.

damn the man, save the empire!
