It was actually rather nice out today... The hills in the northeast-ish(?) were kind of snowy, I think, but as I don't see how that is possible, it must have been dust or something. It's snow from the local mountains. :) I saw that too, driving to lunch. They're actually pretty far away (well I mean, I guess that's relative), and get somewhat snowy during wintertime...although, it looks like they got a fair amount now. I've always loved being able to see palm trees, the downtown LA skyline and snowy mountains in the same view.

Yah, I definately second that--the mountains *actually* have snow on them. I love it when you can see that far.

Wow.... surprising. I generally refuse to call them mountains because of their lowness, so the snow throws a wrench into my whole thought-process.
