You had an "oh shit!" moment. LOL. I get those too. I can only imagine how much worse those moments are when PG! My soon to be husband has no idea what he's in for. :)
You're house will sell. As far as the school district goes, you will have moved to your new home by the time your son is school age.
If I lived in Atlanta I would buy your renovated Craftsman! I love that particular style of home.
Definitely an oh shit moment! Thanks for the vote of confidence. I know our home will sell too, this market is just absolute crap right now! Nothing is moving quickly on the east coast. Guess I've got a few more weeks to learn patience ;)
"Serenity Now"...oh that Frank Costanza was on to something!
:)
I'd like to say I have some advice or knowledge of how to deal with the "oh shit, my baby's coming in 6 weeks!' phenomenom, but I dont (yet!) It certainly sounds like a trip with a capital T. I'm really excited for you and can't wait til your little baby boy arrives!
The house will definitely sell...it seems that everything has been working out for you lately, so this shouldn't be any differnet.
There are few chants that I keep in arsenal, that's one of them.
Thanks for the confidence Jenni, it really means so much to me. I only report about things after they work out instead of at the moments of panic & frustration. I can be pretty ugly at those times and feel my journal would be full of expletives. Writing about how it all turned out in the end, after the storm has passed is usually a better way for me to reflect. So sad but I'm true to my Aries personality type ;)

That's my reasoning anyway.
Happy home stretch.
