For reasons unknown to me since I never asked for it, young men arrived in my backyard yesterday and started ripping up my patio. Since I live in a townhouse complex run by a condo corp. weird shit happens from time to time. I noticed today that they'd pulled up my holly bush to sink new timber edging and I was pissed! They'd left it sitting,

still...WEIRD!!!! I mean seriously - how could you NOT be alarmed when someone starts ripping up your patio and plants and stuff. :) I'm glad they put it all back.

Our condo corporation isn't very good about letting us know when they've scheduled work. I remember nearly having a heart attack thinking my roof was collapsing when the corp. hired roofers to replace our shingles and NEVER TOLD ANYONE! People stomping around on the roof sound very loud indeed. :)

It's funny, I never imagined you in a townhouse complex, but in a Canadian city that makes perfect sense.

I visualized you in a single family home on a 1.5 acre lot. LOL!

You're describing my Mom's house! :)
In Mississauga, even when we bought our house 15 years ago, it's easier to find something affordable if you're willing to buy a townhouse or condo. We have about 1300 sq feet inside but our lawn and garden are tiny. You need to come visit.

Wow. I'd have been a bit unnerved too. Of course, I'd have probably also let my dog eat their faces. It's good I don't leave in a housing type community. They would probably throw me out *laughs*
