So yesterday we had a couple of close calls. One of the neighbors fireworks(that shot mortars) decided to tip over and start shooting it's balls down the street. One blew up in our tree(no damage done) and then another one blew up in our neighbors driveway. He bravely ran over and tipped the thing back up with his foot. Scary! The second one ( Read more... )

you guys look awesome as Shinpachi and Gintoki~~ *hugs* We should cosplay Gintama with you~ Me and Katgi had cosplayed as Okita and Hijikata xD I should show you a pic sometime.

Gintama is awesome! Erica had mentioned just before Acen this year that I should bring Shinpachi. It didn't pan out because I had four costumes already and she had cut up her Gintoki wig. Though seriously I'm afraid to pack that costume...those Hakama's could literally be used to house the entire Russian circus *lol*. It would be fun to have a big Gintama group though.

Most people mistook me as that one guy from Rurouni Kenshin...I was like "Uh...no...I'm Shinpachi from Gintama." I broke their little hearts XD

Yes you should show me a picture! I love Okita and Hijikata! They be funny!

xD Gintama is awesomeness. PERIOD. You make a dork like Shinpachi look so cute x3 It would be cool to have a huge Gintama group =O i know plenty of people who love the series. And let me get you a link to that pic of us:

A bazooka gun pointed at Hijikata would finish that picture off nice! Very awesome!

I've been debating a couple of other Shinpachi costumes. I like the Otsu's Imperial Guard cheering outfit because...I could so use the man-chest! Though I like Shinpachi in Sagaru Yamazaki Shinsengumi uniform as well.

TOOO many costumes....not enough TIME *DIES*

once this weather clears up...we don't need a lighting fried Shinpachi and Gintoki ^^;;
