In like a lamb out like a bitch.... 
I am not sure how much snow has fallen, but Iain has to get the kids, as the new car will not handle the roads. It was horrid driving home. I nearly lost control of the car several times. I got stuck in parking at work, needed a push. I got stuck in the back lane... needed a push. I am writing this then going to have a hot bubble bath. With wine. I deserve this and will require it given I not only shovelled the front walk, but the back driveway and a path in the back yard so we do not lose small children as they try to get to the door. Snow was 3 feet deep in places. Thank the goddess it was all light and fluffy.
The good news is I heard the Canada Geese. Could not see them as its still a light blizzard out there.. but I could hear them.Hallelujah !!!!!!!!! Spring is here, or will be soon.
In other news, Jo had her surgery, and is doing well. She may be able to get to school this week if the snow stops. We did not need this... we are already on high flood alert. I think the best hope is for it to stay cold for a bit longer and melt very slowly!!!
