I just used a standard-ish OpenOffice.org template for mine... don't have it (or the template) handy at work, though. :-/

just having had to interview to get a new job last march and then again in dec, I have one I can send for you to look at if you'd like.

absolutely. i'm starting from scratch, and having one from a gal with a similar background will be hugely helpful.
