Thank you!! i have the basement ready just in case, these are the same storms that hit TN today 10 people died..I really hate storms that hit at night the last tornado we went through was at night Scary
my hubbers had to go to work tonight so its me, my boy, the dogs (one of whom barks non stop at thunder)and the cat

How are we doing this a.m.?

Storms are always more scary when the man of the house--who often refuses to take cover and stands at the door to watch the storm, and puts his life in danger that way, while putting us in a position of saving our own selves anyway--is away from home. But yeah, I understand! HOpe you make/made it through just fine.

Thanks about the icon. It's close to what I look like, though my hair is really more layered around the face than that. It was fun to create.

I hate thunder storms too.. I just dont think they're necessary! I like a gentle spring or summer rain at night when my windows are open... that is so soothing!
I do a lot of praying when it gets windy and nasty out. I'll say one for you and your family and house tonight!

We are under a tornado watch now...I have to be the brave one as my hubbers is at work he just called to tell me he would keep an eye and ear out and call me if any bad weather is on its way we will start out sleeping in the living room I have a weather radio too and the noise that thing makes it could wake the dead...We went through a tornado in 1998 and I dont want to go through that ever again..i get really ancy when the wind howls now....i have the basement ready and if we need to sleep there we will dogs in tow the kitty is in the garage so hes safe too..
