Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and ( Read more... )

ARe you missing an old friend today Geen violet? I've lost a few myself.. I had an old friend, a cat named Flannel for 19 years. I got her when I was 5 and had her put to sleep when I was 24.. that was 21 years ago.. and I still miss her! I'm sorry your missing Boomer today..I know how it is..........

Yes We are missing Boomer our beagle he was 16 when he passed. It was one year ago today and it still hurts to the core...

I still struggle with myself over it but i know God has a doggie door and as Michael said tonight he is laying at Gods feet ..

I love those four legged friends, and it hits hard when the pass away. Remembering them always chokes me up, too.
