Also, this cover just makes me roll my eyes. Look, she's an attractive woman wearing a skintight black leather jumpsuit. If you can't make her look sexy

I am gathering that is not actually a team-up book featuring Natasha, Jean, and Rachel, and Valeria Richards. Because that would be the AWESOME use of that title.

It's a step up from MARVEL DIVAS? I think? In terms of Marvel trying to focus on women in ways that make me wish they hadn't tried.

But Natasha is RUSSIAN! She is IMMUNE to the Moscow winter! ...in all seriousness, word. The zipped down past the boobs look is silly anyway, and here she has a really excellent excuse to zip up.

Alas, no. The closest thing they have is Carol Danvers, who I'm fairly sure would object violently to being described as a Marvel Girl.

And it's not even a case of taking a traditional look and not modifying it for conditions, because even on the relatively rare occasions when she's showing cleavage, the zipper isn't pulled down to her stomach. This is a really shameless example of modifying a character purely so her breasts are visible, and screw history, characterization, or the rest of the freaking picture

Yeah, I have to say my only real objection to that book is it not having actual Marvel Girls in it!
