My car is packed with the second load of stuff going up to therandver 's house. Boxes are ID'ed for the third load - he'll be here next weekend, for Yule, and I can send him back with stuff. We'll do the last trip together - he's coming down for New Year's with more carrying capacity, and we can bring the rest of my furniture and boxes then ( Read more... )

I've found that there is less burnout when I make what I want because I want it rather than what someone else expects me to make.

It also helps to have a mutually supportive crafter visit.
Good luck finding that up there.

Sounds like an exciting time! I feel you on the dealing with boxes though. I'm so trying to get out of south Georgia -- I've got applications in at Merietta and Lawrenceville and Spartanburg SC. I dread the idea of moving, but I Want OUT of Here!

I suspect that you've not lost your mojo -- it's just been covered up in LEED. When you get settled, it will poke you to know that it's still there.
