I spoke too soon.

I have about 6 bosses, or so.

the most immedeate (directly above me) boss, who is a very nice guy, came in later and mentioned that another boss (about too up, will explain this tomorrow) would write up and terminate another person who messed up a drill in the future.

This bothers me in several ways. It's an over reaction (I have many real medical emergencies, along with fire drills ,etc correctly). Also it makes the workplace someplace you don't want to be. Immedeately after this was mentioned, my co worker said "well thats it for me, I am out of here". He isn't one to take to seriously, because he tends to overreact.. but it's a good example how management can mess things up. As I said, later for this.
