So John and George and I had a little fight. Mainly because I got pissed off that George had told him all about that night he and I shared. I don't need to go into specifics, it's a few months back on my blog and The Sun will probably sell you a back issue. Anyway, initially, I was crushed. George is my best friend. Heh, no one can resist Page 3. You'd think since my son was dating one of those girls, I'd get immunity or something from that paper. Guess not.

Because everyone is obsessed with celebrities. It doesn't matter if it happened 30, 40 years ago. Look at that story that just came out about Marilyn Monroe admitting to having a one-night-stand with Joan Crawford. People went nuts for it! I have no idea where the story about you and me came from. Maybe it was a slow news day?

I have no idea where the ammo comes from. Everyone knows I'm happily married and have kids, and I can't remember the last time I was deemed "flamboyant" in a concert review. Maybe it was a slow news day...

The media does get on my nerves, my daughter writes for The Telegraph, but I know she would never resort to tabloid shit like this. I just don't see why things like this are so news-worthy. Wait, I answered my own question earlier.

I feel that way too. Hell, it was the 60's, we were all running around doing shit like that!

I'm just saying that regardless of when something happened, there will still be a feeding frenzy when it hits the newsstands. Though I think I'd be Marilyn, I'm the prettier one ;)

But we weren't fooling around with the middlemen, were we? We had a husband-wife management team (well, back then she wasn't called 'manager', but she still did as much as he did), but I never went near Kit when we were in the same room, and vice-versa. George was my target heh.
