I went a little crazy and went down to LA for a day and a half. I had a lot of fun, but that is to be discussed later.

I took my midterm today. I was panicking before hand, no thanks to Jacek, who ended up not delivering the notes. I kind of expected it. I'm trying to do something nice for someone special, but I think I've totally fucked it up. The recipe calls for 1 hour of refridgeration and me being stupid thought, "why not just leave it over night?" Now, they're hard as rock, and baking. Hopefully all turns out well, else I have but 2 and a half hours to make another batch.
