I'm semi wondering if I somehow managed to get a urinary track infection along with the jacked up back.
The symptoms could go along with either.... :(

I'm thinking a UTI as well!!!
But the symptoms could go either to that or the back, as no smelly or cloudy pee.
Calling doc's office right now!
Just turned down my massage guy's offer to work on me today. I couldn't last the 90 minutes without having to pee, and I doubt he wants me in his restroom breaking out into a cold sweat, moaning and nearly crying from the pain.

First of all: Ask your Doc to prescribe Pyridium . Here is a site about it:

This med works good.

Warning! It does turn your piss bright orange.

It does relieve the burning.

I peed in the ocean many years ago, and started having burning "down there."

All tests for vd, etc, came up negative.

I had to be on Pyridium for some time.

The pain did eventually go away.

I hope your pain is very short lived.

I know how it feels. :(
