My poor Athena has been made obsolete. And by a little pudgy thing, no less. :(

School is pretty horrible. My teachers are monotone and mostly useless. If I've learned anything in two-and-a-half weeks, it's been entirely by accident.

Thankfully there are other things going on in my life that are much less sucky. :)

The Pushing Daisies pilot is the greatest thing ever. It's narrated by the guy who does the US Potter audiobooks.

Sarah Connor Chronicles is fairly awesome, I expect it will get even better as the season goes on. Summer Glau is great.

On second thought, I don't really like that new Harry Potter film. Seeing it again after re-reading the book, it feels so rushed. I'm wanting to blame new-to-the-series screenwriter Michael Goldenberg, but from what I hear, the blame should fall at the feet of BBCite director David Yates. Which makes me really worry about "Half-Blood."
