Today was the first day of my workout regiment. Several of us at work will probably be joining DAC out here in Collierville. Its a real nice club. We're doing a 2 week trial at the moment. Today we ran for about 10 minutes then lifted weights targeting all of our "push" muscle groups. Tomorrow is our "pull" muscle groups, but I just found out ( Read more... )
