Many thousand huzzahs! I'm now the muchly in debt owner of a condo in Long Beach! The place is in a good neighborhood near the traffic circle and is in mostly good condition. Two balconies!

Work to be done before I can move in:

• scrape the ceiling
• repaint the walls (and touch up some areas where the drywall doesn't quite run smooth)
• install new
