New paperback cover: Boy at the End of the World

So, The Boy at the End of the World is getting a shiny new cover for the paperback edition. The book’s due out in October, but the cover’s starting to hit some of the online booksellers, so, hey, I’m going to show it to you now. This is me, showing it to you. Hrm. Server hiccup, maybe. I'm still seeing it after clearing cache and checking different browsers.

If you're thinking of Beatles album covers as inspiration for Ostermancer's Son, I'd rather we go with the butcher cover.

Oh, wow! I like that cover even more than the first. I'm going to have to add it to the collection. :) Which do you like better? Or are you a good parent, and don't pick favorites?

Aesthetically, I prefer the hardcover, but I think the pb might have more kid appeal. Hope so, anyway!
