I think this is utter bullshit, A townhall can't show the 10 commandments, and since when is Racism a crime. Everyone is a racist in some degrees. I would of gotten a lawyer and sued the judge for brining in religion, and a threat to punch a cab driver and punching someone is two different things. The guy should of just punched the nigger cab
