Aaahh! I saw that when I was a kid. I used to love scary movies. My granny would let me watch them. Now ... can't handle them. Real life is scary enough. :P

That my dear friend is a cult classic of the slasher genre( aren't they all?) Called sleepaway camp. The story follows this brother and sister on their first trip to camp arawak. Their trip just happens to coincide with a series of killings at the camp. What you saw there was the ending where in its revealed that angela is not only the killer but is also a boy.
