Don't know what I did, was having a sore knee for the past couple of weeks. I do know I have arthritis in it, and that I had some form of ligament damage at some time in my past. But that is about it

No, but I did yell as I went down to call an ambulance, which is the first time I ever did that. I couldn't even straighten my leg it hurt so bad.
