Sounds like one that tried to hit me last week. I was able to limp along and renew my protection software and it picked out the virus fine for sequestering...
a workaround for the future.. use the freeware Malware to search out the virus etc..
then restart your comp in safe mode, this usually prevents the virus from running its autoruns which prevent it from being deleted like normal. run Malware again.
then when you restart it should be clean.
i got hit by this one (if its the one that looks like a microsoft program as well) and it took hours of failed attempts and then massive googling before i stumbled upon a webpage with (essentially) those instructions.
There are alot of help forums like these that provide free assistance for those afflicted by malware. This is just one of them.
Are you using firefox with the no script addon or some other browser that has similar security protocols? If not, you may want to look for one, especially if you have a habit (like I do) of just clicking links in random forums/websites.
I ran into the same one you did this weekend. Thankfully my antivirus caught it and blocked it. It was some "ad" on a FaceBook page that was trying to do one of those automatic install security holes that they haven't gotten around to fixing yet.
Be sure you're getting antivirus up and running on your machine. I'd hate for you to have to do this all again.

So far, liking Kaspersky, it's asking about things and slowly suggesting safety protocols, will know I will need to have you help further down the line... ;P
