Home again home again!

Mom's flight back from Atlanta was on Monday. On Tuesday, Dad had a flight to San Diego from Atlanta. He'll be in San Diego a total of 10 days. I opted to fly back home with Mom; it's much cooler here in Maine than in California and besides I thought it'd be nice to keep Mom company

Wow, Grendel, what an adventure you had. I read your post with MB. She told me that the airlines overbook all the time. She traveled a lot when she was working. Now she stays home all the time. I was born because she quit work and her friends from work sent me to her in a box. I came from your area up north.
I never got to go with her on flights and stuff, but I'm sure I would have had a terrific time in my very own bed. (I did travel with MB, Humphrey and Sheila to Detroit once. We stayed in a HUGE hotel right by the Detroit river. But I didn't get my own bed then.)
Good thing you mom had gum to clean her mouth. Humans have a problem keeping that part clean and closed. (MB yaks a lot. Sheila does too. Me an Humphrey communicate by thought waves.)
I have tasted Mc Donald's eggs and they are W A Y better than hospital eggs. MB did not touch those eggs. Or the cream of wheat that smelled like a mop. Actually, I could do without eggs all together.
