This is my favorite fan-mix of all time! I can sort of follow the "story" through the songs, which is really cool!

I also love Broadway musicals (My favorites are Next To Normal, Assassins and Avenue Q, so I was delighted to see two of them here). I've been entertaining the idea of a "Community" musical for some time as well. The idea of "Community" being adapted for Broadway (with a Jeff/Annie slant, obvs) makes me very giddy when I think about it. (The thought of this hypothetical play getting a spot in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is what really makes me smile.)

Sorry for the OT ramble, but I really love this!

well i've never heard the song "i won't send roses" but the lyrics seem just perfect from jeff's pov--it's even got the whole "kid" thing in there
plus i'm so psyched that you put in hey #3/perfect for you since i once prompted for a ficcy friday that jeff and annie sing this to each other!
great fanmix!

"The Wedding Singer" was the best short-lived Broadway musical. I absolutely am in love with "If I Told You," and it so perfectly fits Jeff and Annie.

As a musical theatre nerd, I HIGHLY approve of this fanmix. :D

This is absolutely lovely! I adore musicals! I can't wait to listen the songs I haven't heard yet.

And also, you get many many many awesome points for using Maybe This Time from "Cabaret"--I would never have thought of it, but it suits Jeff and Annie wonderfully!

This made me crave some Broadway music. After some browsing on YouTube, this question came to me: Who would you have play Jeff and Annie in a Broadway musical version? I'm actually having some trouble picking someone for Annie, but I like Stephen Lynch for Jeff.

(I also like Daniel Breaker for Troy and Sutton Foster for Britta.)
