It looks like you'll have to pull off the bottom piece of C-channel and the weather seal and replace them. Not too much work. Nothing looks wrong with the bottom wheel assembly you've got a picture of, but I'd like to compare it to the one on the other side. There's a possibility that a bolt should have been installed in that empty hole that would have prevented the C-channel from bowing and bending out of shape.

The one where I think it looks like something is missing? The wheel thingy on the other side looks different - I just went out to look at it again and it's definitely different - and I found the missing piece on the floor of the garage. OH DEAR.
