Yep. (Ameritech uses that term.) BellSouth uses a rather nice one, with test jacks & all. The BrightHouse installer did a hack job on the premise wiring side of it, cutting off any wires he didn't think he needed right at the grommet; particularly, the second pairs for both the phone and alarm circuits.

*grin* If it's any consolation, it took me a year to get that far. I did the initial set-up with just the board, 66 block, and patch panel (connected to nothing) then sat on it for ages because I really wanted to get structured wiring into the house office, but couldn't figure out where to put it...
